REQUIRED EDUCATION
- Basic medical degree and completion of higher education program (fellowship/diploma) recognized by the relevant UAE healthcare authority
- Certification and registration in the specialty of Obstetrics and Gynaecology recognized from a Tier one (1) country specified by the relevant UAE healthcare licensing authority
- Active and valid life support certification (e.g. BLS, NRP as applicable to the role)
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
- At least 3-5 years’ post-qualification experience at the Consultant level
REQUIRED JOB SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
- Proficiency in an electronic medical record system
- Proven experience in managing both normal and high-risk pregnancies
- Should be competent in managing basic gynecological surgeries.
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Ability to effectively communicate with others
- Knowledge of clinical audit standards and processes
- Ability to facilitate and support clinical clerkship training for medical students and junior colleagues
