• Studying a major related to EGA’s core business

2: For Experience Candidates:

Our National Graduate Training Programme provides graduates with an approximately 18-months training programme enabling them to assume a role as a first-line supervisor.

Preference is given to graduates in the fields of engineering, but other disciplines are considered based on the needs of the organisation. A customised development plan is prepared for each graduate trainee, comprising on-the-job training, technical skills development, and management and leadership competency development programmes.

Each graduate trainee is assigned a mentor and regular progress review meetings are held.

Criteria:

• UAE National holding a UAE passport
• 20 to 30 years old
• Maximum experience of 2-3 years, fresh graduates preferred
• A Higher Diploma / Bachelor’s //Master’s degree, preferably in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, Chemical, Mechatronics) Finance, Accounting, HR, Marketing, or Supply Chain
